Das AI7697H WiFi-BLE-Modul mit ARM Cortex-MCU von AcSiP ist ein hervorragendes Kombi-Device für das Internet of Things mit sehr kompaktem Formfaktor. Das hochintegrierte SIP-Modul verfügt über einen Applikationsprozessor sowie über ein ein Low-Power-1×1 11n Single-Band WiFi-Subsystem. Außerdem kann das AI7697H auf ein Bluetooth-Subsystem und eine Power Management Unit zurückgreifen. Der Applikationsprozessor beinhaltet einen ARM Cortex-M4F MCU, der mit einiger Peripherie aufwarten kann. Dazu zählen UART, I2C, SPI, I2S, PWM, IrDA, sowie einen Hilfs-ADC. Zur weiteren Ausstattung des AI7697H gehören zudem embedded SRAM/ROM sowie ein externer 4MB serial flash.
